The next meeting of Chatteris Town Council will be held in the Council Chambers, 14 Church Lane, Chatteris, on Tuesday 6th January 2026 at 7pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend and speak in the Open Forum. For an agenda please go to the Meetings tab and scroll down to agendas.

The coffee morning in aid of Macmillan organised by the Mayor of Chatteris, Cllr Linda Ashley, and held at at the King Edward Centre on Friday 19th September raised an impressive £467.65 for the charity. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the worthy cause and to those who helped with the event.

Mr Ken Perrin was elected to fill the vacancy on the Slade Lode South ward of Chatteris Town Council on the 14th March.

The new Mayor of Chatteris Town Council is Cllr Anne Hay, who is also a district and county councillor. Cllr Hay’s consort is her husband Andrew and the Deputy Mayor is Cllr Ian Benney. Cllr Hay (right) is pictured receiving the chain of office from outgoing Mayor Cllr Linda Ashley.
